Charlotte has been in the skin and body therapy industry for the past 16 years and has had extensive knowledge of both the business and technical side of the skin care industry. Charlotte has managed an award winning Dermalogica treatment centre and gained extensive knowledge in performing and skilfully executing cutting edge Skin and Body treatments.

Charlotte joined The International Dermal Institute in the United Kingdom in 2003, as a Dermalogica Training specialist. In 2006 she transferred to the Australian corporate subsidiary to continue in her role teaching and training the post graduate curriculum for Dermalogica and the International dermal Institute. While in Australia, Charlotte also successfully executed her role as Training Specialist for the Dermalogica Make up Ambassador Program, where she coached and trained makeup artists that work on variety of prominent film and television sets. Her passion for all things skin provided the participants with vital information on the skin health, through the effective use of Dermalogica Ingredient technology. Charlotte has overseen the merchandising and branding of the Dermalogica education centres around the country. Also her responsibilities have included supporting the training and development of the Dermalogica Brand Coaching team for the corporate skin bars.

Charlotte currently holds a position as International Senior Training Specialist for Asia and New Zealand and has been in this role for 3 years. Her broad knowledge of the skin histology and Ingredient technology, as well as her strong presentation skills and fun, engaging manner, make Charlotte a sought after education provider throughout Australia, Asia and New Zealand.
