Dermalogica is the leader of the professional skin care industry, which creates more opportunities for women entrepreneurs than any other. Through our FITE initiative we invest in the potential of women worldwide to break the cycle of poverty for them, their families and their communities.

This month, to celebrate International Women’s Day (on March 8th), Dermalogica have collaborated with Raven + Lily , a socially conscious lifestyle brand, to produce a limited edition handmade bag filled with four top-selling Dermalogica travel-sized products. The bags can be purchased for $2 as part of a gift with purchase promotion from authorised New Zealand Dermalogica stockists during March 2015, with all proceeds going to Dermalogica’s philanthropic initiative – FITE (Financial Independence Through Entrepreneurship).

Founded in 2011 and headed up by Dermalogica founder Jane Wuwand, FITE continues to empower women and encourage entrepreneurship. Last year was a milestone for the initiative as it reached the goal of providing 50,000 women in developing countries microloans. The idea being that FITE connects women with capital, grows them through education, and amplifies her voice so she can make an impact. More information can be found at

The Raven + Lily bag is handcrafted from 100% organic cotton and made in India by women freed from the sex trade. It includes four travel-size Dermalogica products; Special Cleansing Gel; Daily Microfoliant®; Skin Smoothing Cream and Antioxidant Hydramist, and is valued at $80.

To make a difference, join FITE today at or by purchasing the Raven + Lily bag from an authorised Dermalogica Skin Centre, during the month of March 2015. If you would like to donate further to Dermalogica’s FITE initiative you can go to our website and purchase as many $1 FITE donations as you wish and all of your donations will be directly invested back into the FITE campaign.
